Premier Interlink Open Day Tours
See how off-site construction is becoming the preferred construction option for educational facilities
The Directors of Premier Interlink (Waco UK Ltd), the off-site construction specialists, are cordially inviting interested parties to view the Leeds City Council's £6 million Roundhay School project - now in production at the company's modern manufacturing facility at Brandesburton in East Yorkshire.
The open days are being held on Thursday 21st, Wednesday 27th Thursday 28th June between 11am to 3pm, lunch and refreshments will be served.
Attendees will be able to see how off-site construction is able to provide high quality, energy efficient and cost-effective building solutions for the education sector when budgets are being cut across the board.
The Premier Interlink's innovative modular construction system has a design life which can exceed 100 years and has a much smaller carbon footprint which will reduce both energy and maintenance costs. The system also provides surety of cost, shorter build programmes and far less site disruption.
The Roundhay School Project is just part of the Leed's City Council's 4 year 'Basic Needs Framework' agreement to meet the future educational needs of the city's children, particularly the requirement to provide more primary school facilities.
Premier Interlink is also constructing single storey extensions for Wykebeck and Bracken Edge school in Leeds to meet this increasing demand for primary places as part of the same agreement.
To secure a place on one of the Open Days call our Education Sector Specialists, on 0800 316 0888 or e-mail sales@waco.co.uk.
